The location was good, and the room itself was nice. I especially liked having the kitchenette, which was a great feature for my stay. My biggest concern was with the housekeeping service. At check-in, the amenities sheet very clearly stated that light-touch cleaning would be provided Monday through Friday, including trash removal, restocking towels when used towels were left on the floor, and making the beds. Unfortunately, I found that one or more of these basic services were missed each day during my stay, with the bed not being made and trash not being removed being the most noticeable issues. I understand that this is light-touch housekeeping and not full daily cleaning. However, given how clearly these services were communicated in writing at check-in, I feel the bare-minimum expectations outlined should have been consistently provided. Overall, the room and location were good, but the housekeeping service did not match what was communicated to guests.

Friendly staff

The keyword in this review is the manager Lisa!! She did a fabulous job and served us at every social hour in the evening. She made sure to talk to every person staying at the hotel. The location was decent. Hotel was good. Getting a little worn on some of the edges but clean and a friendly staff! The key phrase... we would stay there again!

Rooms need help. Table falling apart, side table falling off wall. The pool is definitely not heated at all. Smart tv would be a good move. 4 of everything in kitchen except drinking glasses only 2. Only 2 actual seats when it sleeps 4. Fire pit didn't work neither did the lights out back.
