Nice property, easy access. Comfortable bed. Easy check in/out.

From the time we entered the hotel to the time we checked out we was always greeted with a smile by Holly. She was never bothered when we had requests like extra blankets. She even gave our two pups treats while they were they. She is by far the best the desk clerk we have ever had and we travel often. The social hour was also a nice surprise. However, disappointined they only did it on certain days. We were looking forward to the grab and go breakfast but when my husband brought his to the room it was cold. Therefore, we had to go out and grab something to eat. Also, with the protocols in place they should allow the use of the hottub. That was definitely disappointing. We are definitely look forward to returning and hoping we can have the full non covid restrictions.

Very comfortable room. From the kitchenette to the Watkins soap provided. Nice breakfast. Very enjoyable.

The staff were fantastic, they had recommendations on Restaurants and places to visit in the area. But that bed was great. The room was so quiet. We will stay at Staybridge again.
