I routinely stay at this location when in town to visit my college kid. The experience is usually without a glitch. This time there was an issue with the bathroom as far as supplies not being refilled and a clogged toilet which I believe should have been evident when the bathroom was cleaned. When I called down to the front desk, I was on hold for over 8 minutes the first time and another 5 the second time. Was offered a plunger which I ended up having to go retrieve myself. They were either short staffed or perhaps their norm for staffing but there was only one person at the front desk for a Friday evening at around 9:30. Despite all this, this will not deter me from staying there again as I appreciate their overall cleanliness, hospitality, location and breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay. Check-in and check-out was quick . Rooms were very nice. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Even with CoVID we had a hot breakfast when all other hotels we have stayed at just do a grab and go. We are already booking a return trip

Great stay with friendly helpful staff, clean updated rooms, very comfortable beds and bedding. we had a 2bd suite that had a decent kitchen stocked with whatever we needed to cook a meal minus the food. We only stayed a night but need the space since there was 5 of us. It was perfect, we got some rest and were ready to continue our trip the next day.
