Lisa and Shane are the IHG Mgt Model

Lisa, One of the best GMs in the hospitality business. Shane is the BEST Assistant Manager ever! Promote him before you lose him. Bring him to Corporate for a listening session with senior staff. Give him his GM now!!!! Maria is the most dedicated breakfast server I’ve ever met. Never misses a day and her warm touch makes breakfast feel like coming over a family member’s house for breakfast. The cleaning staff are so professional. Yara, Rosa etc. take great effort to clean the rooms! Tammy is a hard worker but would be better served in a field outside of the hospitality business. Mike is dedicated to the maintenance of the hotel. Marcia dresses so professionally. All the front staff do an amazing job at welcoming guests to the hotel. Nicole is amazing!
