Staybridge Suites Columbia Reviews

So many nice hotels don't allow pets, which is a shame because I understand pets can cause problems but that really hurts those of us with well-behaved pets that will keep up a nice room. Which means we often get stuck in cheap dirty hotels purely because of a pet. But this hotel is so so nice and clean and we get to bring our beloved dog. Love the pet walk to the side of the hotel, so convenient. We will be back!! In fact my next stay has already been booked.

This was our 1st experience staying @ a Staybridge Suites

Every thing was great, My service dog was in the hospital at MU. When she was released the staff was very accommodating. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay. My trip was very last minute and they got me a room during a very busy time.

The room met all expectations. The hotel was being renovated so it was messy in the halls and the elevator was out of order. We were on the 3rd floor and carrying luggage up the stairs was a challenge. During the remodel process a porter service would have been nice. The other issue was no ice machines. The front desk did offer small bags of ice which was nice but you had to walk down the stairs and back up again.
