Awesome Customer service. Front desk staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and fantastic.

The hotel and room were amazing, but the staff member at the reception desk at the reception desk really put it over the top.. Even though it was very late at night when I arrived she really went out of her way to make sure that everything was spot on. The breakfast was so much more than most hotels offer and it was a really nice break eating on actual glass plates and not feeling rushed. It was a great night I wish I had more time to spend there.

Upper class stay for a budget price! Must stay. I will be returning each time I am staying in Columbia.

Great room. Cleanliness of entire property inside and out was a 5 star!! Exceptionally friendly staff from front desk to housekeeping! We especially liked Christopher at the front desk. He was very professional, helpful, and very pleasant.
