From the minute I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and took great care of me during my stay. Holly was amazing. Her customer service is not something you come across much. She was very attentive to everyone I saw her interact with. She would remember to call your room to give you answers to all your questions. She made my stay a lot better. Marsha was great too, same with Brittany (social night), she was also very sweet. I appreciated the breakfast and the Social nights. Customer service at this hotel definitely made a positive difference.

Everything was good, not much you can do under the constraints at this time, the food could be hotter. Everyone was friendly, loved the coffee in the room. The only thing was the room was so tight. We were here for a week with our luggage in the room we were falling over it.

The stay was great. Makinzie was excellent and very friendly.

Hotel was very clean, rooms were immaculate! Hotel staff was so friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great! Thank you Marcia
