Great hotel, friendly staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Love the evening social events

We needed a room while passing through this area. Our arrival was a little late. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by the hotel staff and check in was a breeze. Our room was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Breakfast was good and cooked to order. COVID-19 guidelines were followed and we felt safe staying there. We have already made two more reservations with Staybridge based on our experience.

From the time we entered the hotel to the time we checked out we was always greeted with a smile by Holly. She was never bothered when we had requests like extra blankets. She even gave our two pups treats while they were they. She is by far the best the desk clerk we have ever had and we travel often. The social hour was also a nice surprise. However, disappointined they only did it on certain days. We were looking forward to the grab and go breakfast but when my husband brought his to the room it was cold. Therefore, we had to go out and grab something to eat. Also, with the protocols in place they should allow the use of the hottub. That was definitely disappointing. We are definitely look forward to returning and hoping we can have the full non covid restrictions.
