The front desk host name Janna was very helpful, she went above and beyond for us.. I recommend Staybridge.. The food is amazing and the staff are 5 star.. Great work!!!!!

This will be a long review sorry. It is worth the read. So Where do I even begin. My family and I had stayed at this Awesome hotel for 7 nights. When we first arrived the front desk clerk (Melissa) greeted us with warm smile. She let me check out the room first to see if it worked for us. It absolutely did. Through out the stay it seemed like things just got better and better. The mornings they had a grab and go breakfast which consisted of either a breakfast sandwich/cold cereal/pastry/pancakes or waffles, yogurt/fruit cup or granola, and either juice or milk. We grabbed breakfast most days there. Another great thing was the fitness room was open and ready to use. They had disinfect wipes to use after equipment was used. For my husband to work out made him happy. Our son even joined in and worked out with us. The pool was closed which kinda bummed us out but we didn't stay at the hotel most of the time. Only to sleep and shower. When we entered the room we had got a 2 queen size bedroom. It had a fireplace which we didn't use (humid weather). The room also which made me soooo happy was it had a FULL size fridge and freezer. A full size microwave. A small disherwasher. Then it came with all the plate wear, and pots and pans to cook with. A toaster and coffee maker too which we didn't use. Everything else about the room was normal hotel room. Oh the shower had full size pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Due to covid there was no daily housekeeping in the room.Which to be honest was completely okay. I didn't mind putting the trash out and laundry outside the door. As we got closer to are departure day I noticed there was a laundry room for guest. I thought I would need to pay. NOPE! Laundry was free to hotel guest. You just needed to pay for soap and dryer sheets. Which was better then having to pay for each wash and then soap. So before we left I was able to wash all our clothes except pj's. The hotel staff that I had dealt with were all amazing. Thank you Melissa, Makayla, the tall blonde with the short hair (sorry I didnt get your name) and the housekeeping staff. The hotel is close by gas stations, restaurants, grocery store (mosers), walmart and other little shops. The ONLY complaint I had was the people who were above us were running around. Sounded like bowling balls being tossed. I went and talked to Makayla who was working at the time and she called and had them settle down. It did work out. Anyways I 100% reccomend this hotel for any stays.
