Great place to stay

Every thing was great, My service dog was in the hospital at MU. When she was released the staff was very accommodating. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay. My trip was very last minute and they got me a room during a very busy time.

nice room

The room met all expectations. The hotel was being renovated so it was messy in the halls and the elevator was out of order. We were on the 3rd floor and carrying luggage up the stairs was a challenge. During the remodel process a porter service would have been nice. The other issue was no ice machines. The front desk did offer small bags of ice which was nice but you had to walk down the stairs and back up again.

GREAT STAY

Very clean rooms.. Had a handicapped room.. Great bathroom and shower. Comfortable bed. I have to sleep sitting up and the lounger was perfect. Very friendly staff. Will stay here again.

Definitely recommend!!

The staff is extremely nice and helpful!! The room was very clean and comfortable! I had my dog with me because I was taking her to Mizzou Veterinary Hospital for tests and possible surgery and the front desk girl asked about her and loved on her every day! I felt very safe there and I will absolutely be staying there in the future when I'm in Columbia!!!! A five star stay in my opinion!!!!!
