Staybridge Suites Columbia Reviews

After our stay last night wanted to take a moment to pass along an excellent review of Staybridge Suites. All employees were helpful and yes, with a smile! The newly remodeled room was spacious and beautifully designed. Not easily impressed but you did so. Will certainly refer others. ~

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! FUN ENVIRONMENT.

This room has everything, even a mini-kitchen, plus I paid a very low price for it. The only drawback was the shower curtain rod was about ready to fall off.

I think this will now be our "go to" hotel whenever possible. Loved everything about it. The room was spacious and clean. The only problem was the fridge wasn't working right. We turned the ice maker on as soon as we checked in, but never got ice. The front desk gave me a bag of ice & I put it in the freezer & it melted. The fridge didn't get cold, but didn't realize it until later (put drinks & leftover chicken breasts in). Had to throw the chicken away. The staff was Great! All of them! Loved the Social Hour with free food, beer & wine.
